We not only offer discounted medications and lab facilities, but we are also completely transparent with our rates.
Love Health’s Membership Rates
With a goal to provide cost-effective and top-tier healthcare services to our members, we offer affordable membership rates. These rates also include certain discounted medications, labs, etc.
Membership Pricing
Our membership model is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive of individuals and families at every stage.
Monthly Membership Rates:
- Adults (age 29+): $109/month
- Young Adults (ages 22–28): $70/month
- Children & Young Adults (ages 3–21): $59/month (when a parent is also a member)
- Infants & Toddlers (ages 0–2): $99/month (see FAQ for pricing questions)
Young Adult Pricing Clarification:
- Individuals ages 18–28 who enroll independently are billed at $70/month
- If a parent is also a member, ages 18–21 qualify for the $59/month child rate
- At age 22, all members transition to the standard young adult rate of $70/month
Family Maximum:
- Household memberships are capped at $400/month
Initiation Fee (one-time):
- $150 per individual
- $250 per family
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
We provide Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) exclusively for Love Health members. HRT requires more frequent monitoring, individualized adjustments, and extra time and care to do it safely and effectively. Because our membership fees are already so reasonable for concierge medicine, there is an additional HRT fee:
- First year: $500 annual fee
- Subsequent years: $250 annual fee
This allows us to continue to provide you with the attentive, personalized monitoring that HRT requires.
DOT Physicals
Dr. Dana is certified to perform DOT physicals for commercial drivers. These are available to both members and non-members at a rate of $125 per physical.

- Please inquire about DPC membership for Employers/Businesses: We understand the importance of providing comprehensive healthcare benefits to your employees. That’s why we offer affordable prices along with discounted medications for employers looking to prioritize the health and wellness of their workforce.
Community Sponsorship Opportunities
- Supporter Membership: If you want to make a difference beyond your own health, our Supporter Membership allows you to contribute $60 monthly towards sponsoring a community member in need.
- Direct Sponsorship: Do you have someone specific in mind whom you’d like to support? With our Direct Sponsorship option, you have the power to sponsor their membership directly, ensuring that they, too, can access high-quality care.
Health Savings Accounts
We’re excited to share that there has been significant legislative change allowing for the complete utilization of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) to pay for membership costs. A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a tax-advantaged savings account that allows you to set aside money—pre-tax—to pay for qualified medical expenses. Funds in your HSA never expire, roll over each year, and can even be invested, making it a powerful long-term tool for managing your healthcare costs.

In addition to discounted medications, Love Health provides discounted rates on various laboratory tests. Some examples include:
- Complete blood count (CBC) test to assess overall health and detect various disorders such as anemia and infection.
- Lipid panel to measure cholesterol levels and assess cardiovascular health.
- Basic metabolic panel (BMP) test to evaluate kidney function, electrolyte levels, and blood sugar levels.
- Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) test for monitoring blood sugar levels over time.
- Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) test to detect thyroid disorders.
