Love Health’s Membership Rates
With a goal to provide cost-effective and top-tier healthcare services to our members, we offer affordable membership rates. These rates also include certain discounted medications, labs, etc.
Fort Washington DPC Membership Rates
- $109 per month individuals age 29+ / $70 per month young adults (ages 22-28): This package includes unlimited visits, same day/next day sick care, after hours and weekend access to your medical provider for urgent matters (because no-one likes sitting in urgent care), non-rushed appointments lasting typically between 30 to 45 minutes, direct texting with your medical provider, and a selected number of transparently priced and discounted medications, labs, radiology, and specialist services.
- $59 per month for children (ages 3-21) with an adult membership: **We offer special rates for children under the age of 21 when included in an adult membership.
- $99 per month for infants and toddlers 0-2 years (see FAQ for pricing questions)
- Family cap: $400/month per family
- One time initiation fee of $150/individual or $250/family (up to 5 members)
Please note that all infant, toddler, child, and teen memberships require an active adult membership to be enrolled.
Doylestown DPC Membership Rates – Special Introductory Pricing
- $90 per month individuals age 29+ / $65 per month young adults (ages 22-28): This package includes unlimited visits, same day/next day sick care, after hours and weekend access to your medical provider for urgent matters (because no-one likes sitting in urgent care), non-rushed appointments lasting typically between 30 to 45 minutes, direct texting with your medical provider, and a selected number of transparently priced and discounted medications, labs, radiology, and specialist services.
- $50 per month for children (ages 3-21) with an adult membership: **We offer special rates for children under the age of 21 when included in an adult membership.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
We provide Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) exclusively for Love Health members. HRT requires more frequent monitoring, individualized adjustments, and extra time and care to do it safely and effectively. Because our membership fees are already so reasonable for concierge medicine, there is an additional HRT fee:
- First year: $500 annual fee
- Subsequent years: $250 annual fee
This allows us to continue to provide you with the attentive, personalized monitoring that HRT requires.
DOT Physicals
Dr. Dana is certified to perform DOT physicals for commercial drivers. These are available to both members and non-members at a rate of $125 per physical.

That’s why we offer affordable prices along with discounted medications for employers looking to prioritize the health and wellness of their workforce.
Community Sponsorship Opportunities
- Supporter Membership: If you want to make a difference beyond your own health, our Supporter Membership allows you to contribute $60 monthly towards sponsoring a community member in need.
- Direct Sponsorship: Do you have someone specific in mind whom you’d like to support? With our Direct Sponsorship option, you have the power to sponsor their membership directly, ensuring that they, too, can access high-quality care.
Health Savings Accounts
We’re excited to share that there has been significant legislative change allowing for the complete utilization of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) to pay for membership costs. A Health Savings Account (HSA) is a tax-advantaged savings account that allows you to set aside money—pre-tax—to pay for qualified medical expenses. Funds in your HSA never expire, roll over each year, and can even be invested, making it a powerful long-term tool for managing your healthcare costs.
