Chloe Ruschmeyer, FNP-C, is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner leading Love Health Direct Primary Care’s Doylestown location, where she provides holistic, relationship-based primary care for individuals and families across the lifespan. With nearly 20 years of experience in post-surgical recovery, cardiac and trauma care, urgent care, primary care, women’s health, and aesthetics, Chloe brings a depth of clinical skill paired with a deeply compassionate presence.
Chloe is highly skilled in wound care and holistic wound management, with extensive experience treating acute, chronic, and post-surgical wounds. She takes a whole-person approach to healing—addressing not only the wound itself, but also circulation, nutrition, metabolic health, mobility, and lifestyle factors that influence recovery. Patients appreciate her meticulous attention to detail, calm confidence, and commitment to supporting the body’s natural healing process.
A core passion of Chloe’s work is women’s health and preventive care. At the Doylestown office, she offers Pap smears for cervical cancer screening, as well as HPV self-swab testing, a less invasive and patient-empowering alternative that many women find more comfortable while maintaining high standards of clinical care. Chloe believes strongly in meeting patients where they are, offering options, and creating a space where women feel safe, respected, and informed.
What drives Chloe most is helping patients feel truly seen and supported. She is passionate about holistic primary care that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and she values building long-term relationships rooted in trust, listening, and shared decision-making. Her goal is not just to treat illness, but to guide patients toward sustainable health, confidence in their bodies, and a sense of partnership in their care.
Chloe earned her Bachelor’s degree from Kean University and her Master’s degree from Drexel University, graduating with honors. Outside of medicine, she finds grounding and renewal in nature with her family, often along the Delaware River—an extension of the balance and presence she brings into her clinical work.

As the CFO of Love Health DPC, Thomas Gaudet brings a unique blend of financial expertise and a deeply personal commitment to revolutionizing healthcare. Leveraging his nearly two decades of experience in auditing, accounting, and financial reporting for businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, Thomas is driven by a passion to make high-quality, personal healthcare accessible to more people.
His role at Love Health is a deeply collaborative one, born from his partnership with his fiancée and the clinic’s founder, Dr. Dana, and his own firsthand experience as a small business owner. Thomas’s unique perspective, honed from years as a CPA and a seasoned entrepreneur, allows him to view healthcare not just as a cost center, but as a strategic investment in a company’s most valuable asset: its people.
Through his company, Verity Advisory, Thomas works directly with employers to develop innovative healthcare plans. By bypassing the complexities of traditional insurance, these plans offer businesses a clear, cost-effective way to provide their employees with the kind of high-quality, relationship-driven care that is the hallmark of the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. This approach not only provides exceptional value and empowers employees to prioritize their well-being but also results in significant, measurable cost savings for businesses. Thomas’s commitment to this work is so strong that he is currently studying for his VA life and health insurance license to further his ability to connect with and serve businesses. He is a steadfast believer that better health outcomes and sound financial strategy are not mutually exclusive, and he is dedicated to proving that you can have both.
Building on his professional life, his personal life is equally fulfilling and deeply connected to his work. His greatest treasures are his amazing fiancée, Dr. Dana, and his four wonderful children. Thomas and his fiancée love to stay active and explore together, whether through sports, outdoor adventures, or traveling to experience new cultures and historical sites. His hands-on passion for building and creating, which he’s had since his early days in construction and fabrication, continues today through DIY house projects and woodworking. This same drive to build and create, whether it’s a piece of furniture or a lasting business solution, is what energizes him every day in his work at Love Health DPC.
Valeria – Executive Assistant
Valeria was born and raised in Honduras, where she also resides today. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Master’s degree in Strategic Communication and Public Relations. Her academic and professional journey led her to spend six years in the Washington, D.C. area, where she expanded her expertise in communications and organizational support. At home, she enjoys the company of her cat, Niko, and in her free time she loves taking dance classes, exploring new restaurants, and watching movies with her boyfriend.
